The ESPERA 2013 Conference Proceedings will only contain the papers presented during the conference or by virtual presentation.
All the submitted papers will go through a double blind-review process, with the help of the Editorial Review Committee Members.
The ESPERA 2013 conference proceeding is published by Procedia - Economics and Finance, an international Elsevier journal hosted by Science Direct, which is indexed in Scopus and it will be further submitted for evaluation and inclusion in Conference Proceedings Citation Index by Thomson Reuters.
The papers which are not included in Procedia - Economics and Finance, by Elsevier will be published in INCE working papers, indexed in RePEc and other major international database.
