All the submitted papers will go through a double blind review process, with the help of the Conference Scientific Committee.
The most valuable 100 papers will be enclosed in the Proceedings of the International Conference ESPERA 2015 and will be published in a prestigious international publishing house (Peter Lang Publishing House) as a stand-alone edition, coming under the imprint “Peter Lang Academic Research”.

The papers that will not be enclosed in the conference proceedings will be submitted to evaluation, with the agreement of the author, in order to be published in the scientific publications partners of the international conference: Working papers of National Institute for Economic Research, Romanian Journal of Economic Forecasting, Romanian Journal of Economics, Revista Calitatea vieţii, Revista Inovaţie socială, Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, Global Economic Observer, Financial Studies, all indexed in prestigious international databases.
For the editions ESPERA 2013 and ESPERA 2014, after the evaluation, the most valuable 100 papers, were enclosed in the Proceedings of the International Conference ESPERA, published on-line by Elsevier in its "Procedia Economics and Finance" publication (vol. 8/2014 and vol.22/2015), hosted by Science Direct, indexed in Scopus and further were submitted for evaluation and inclusion in Conference Proceedings Citation Index by Thomson Reuters.
The papers which were not included in "Procedia Economics and Finance", were submitted, with the agreement of the author, for evaluation in order to be published in Working papers of National Institute for Economic Research (http://www.workingpapers.ro/), Review of General Management, Revista Calitatea vieţii, Financial Studies or other journals of the institutes or partners.
